Bars

The inn comprises of a restaurant, main bar and snug bar. We have recently gained Michelin Recognition and are featured in Alastair Sawdays Travel Books, Good Beer Guides & Good Pub Guides. We have also been rated a 4 Star Silver by the Tourism Council.

Food is served 7 days a week, lunchtimes and evenings. We offer an imaginative menu which should cover most appetites. Please see our menu section for a guide. 98% of our menu is homemade.

All of our bars have fireplaces, some open and some log burners, perfect for those chilly evenings.

The snug bar has various games such as darts, jenga and connect 4. These are great to play sitting in the leather couches near to the fireplace.

We try to have three to four Real Ales on at a time, with most being from local breweries. Our wine menu is extensive & our 15 plus Malt Whiskys.
